Clicks and APSCo
APSCo (The Association of Professional Staffing Companies) is the leading industry body for the IT recruitment industry in Australia. At Clicks we not only abide by the APSCo code of conduct, we also take a leadership role.
APSCo Member companies provide the benefit of highly experienced recruitment professionals with the knowledge of the ICT industry. Each APSCo Member has a thorough understanding of ethical recruitment and quality candidate selection.
APSCo Members are also committed to a stringent code of professional conduct. The code stipulates that members must represent the best interests of their clients by acting as an effective extension of their recruitment function. Members must also respect every confidence entrusted to them.
By using an APSCo Member company you can be assured you are working with a recruitment agency that is dedicated to raising the professionalism of recruitment in the IT industry.
As part of Clicks’ commitment to excellence and learning, we also support all of our staff to complete APSCo’s Industry Certification program. An APSCo certified recruiter has a proven knowledge not only of recruitment, but also the IT industry.
The SkillsMatch program was created by ITCRA in 2009 to gather meaningful data about IT recruitment activity in Australia. A select group of ITCRA members regularly submit data to SkillsMatch about their open positions, salaries offered, applications received, placements made and time-to-fill.
With this information, SkillsMatch is able to produce a series of reports on key metrics. These reports help employers to identify skill gaps, understand which skills are in demand, and what the current market rate for each skill set is. Clicks has full access to the SkillsMatch reporting suite. If you would like to see the latest SkillsMatch reports, call us on 1300 CLICKS, or email us.
