Clicks IT Recruitment is currently working with a large national organisation that plays a vital role in the safety of millions of Australians daily.
Currently they are looking for a Project Administrator to join one of their critical programs.
In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to provide effective, consistent, accurate and timely support across all administrative activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong service delivery ethic, and a focus on the systematic continuous improvement of business and administrative activities.
Maintain relevant business, administrative, corporate systems and processes
Provide support to program leadership to manage correspondence/emails and approvals
Coordinate a range of administrative tasks throughout the program.
Self-manage competing priorities and task assignments from multiple sources
Use a range of applications to perform administrative tasks and cross check work to identify discrepancies
Key Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated experience in performing administrative duties in a large complex and fast paced program
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, set and review priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively
Proven ability and confidence to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies through reviewing reports
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to exercise initiative and judgement to achieve the outcome whilst being considerate of discretion and confidentiality.
12 month contract
$500 per day - No admin/payroll fee charged by Clicks IT
