The Role As the Trainer you will be working with the HR team delivering training sessions across the whole workforce relating to major changes impacting their work. You will be working on delivering training sessions on areas such as resume writing, interview techniques, networking, resilience etc. This is a facilitation role, there is no requirement for design.
Deliver in person group and virtual training sessions
Provide advice in all aspects of training delivery methods
Incorporate best-practice principles
Support the continuous improvement of training services
Ideally be able to develop the content
Previous experience as a Trainer
Experienced in facilitating group sessions both virtually and in person
Experience government framework is preferred
Ability to be resilient in a highly charged environment
Ability to deliver sessions with all levels of the workforce
Experienced in complex organisations with major workforce impacts
Prefer a Qualification in adult education or a related discipline
Prefer a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
As a given you will have strong stakeholder engagement skills
