Support logistical and document preparation for events, meetings and audits as required.
Provide support to other Program Support sections as required including activities related to recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
Support scheduling of leadership, Program and other regular meetings and record decisions made during those meetings (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps) where appropriate.
Facilitate efficient vendor onboarding and offboarding activities in line with established processes.
Contribute to the development of guidance documents, standard operating procedures and process guidelines.
Develop and maintain key internal and external relationships, including liaising with stakeholders on policy, project or operational issues, responding to stakeholder needs and expectations, representing the agency at meetings, conferences and seminars.
Provide accurate specialist advice, guidance and reporting on team functional responsibilities.
