A large organisation in the public service sector is currently in the middle of delivering one of their largest digital programs of work. They have reached a critical phase of the project and require a Training/Project Support Officer to work along side a team of Trainers.
This role will be a contract role based in the CBD, with an initial end date December 2020.
In this role, you will report into a Training Manager and will be responsible for:
Co-ordinating and scheduling training support activities such as training sessions, meetings, webinars, virtual appointments and workshops
Preparing training documentation and learning materials for finalisation, upload and distribution.
Assisting in the upload of learning materials and resources to websites, SharePoint sites and LMS solutions.
Managing training registrations, scheduling of all training activities, sessions and attendance records.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Proven experience working as a Project Coordinator/Training Coordinator
Demonstrated ability and experience in managing the logistics and event scheduling for an ICT project environment.
Experience liaising with all levels of the project teams to identify and articulate their requirements in delivering workshops, meetings and training sessions
Experience in administering a Learning Management System for monitoring attendance, tracking courses/sessions, reporting.
Advanced communications skills and the ability to manage stakeholder, vendor and resources supplier relationships
