Clicks IT Recruitment is working with a large organisation that is currently in the early phase of implementing COTS solution.
They now require a Project Manager with extensive experience delivering applications and software to join and lead their project team.
Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate the project activities and resources to deliver the required outcome within the project budget and timeframes.
Produce the required project documentation within an Agile, PRINCE2 and MSP governance framework.
Ensure appropriate project governance and assurance activities are in place for the project.
Develop and implement communication plans, organisational change management plans and benefit realisation plans where necessary.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as a Project Manager with prior experience implementing COTS solutions
Previous experience with end to end implementations in large environments
Demonstrated experience in the effective management of risks, issues, conflicts and priorities.
Demonstrated experience of implementing appropriate governance and assurance practices for a project.
