A large public sector organisation is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a project team implementing a new cloud solution.
This role will be a 12 month initial contract with further extensions offering flexible working arrangements, and will report to the Director.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Director and various other stakeholders to coordinate end to end project management activities.
Lead internal and external project staff assigned to the integration team.
Contribute to the development/implementation of processes, standards or frameworks required to uplift technology delivery capability.
Lead regular interactions with senior level sponsors throughout the organisation.
Work within, and advocate for the appropriate governance functions for the project.
Key Selection Criteria:
Proven experience as a Project Manager leading successful software development and/or cloud projects
Previous experience implementing Dynamics based solutions highly desirable
Prince 2 Practitioner Qualified highly desirable
Proven stakeholder engagement and management skills at senior management level with the ability to lead / influence a diverse group of people.
The Offer:
12 month contract
$1,000-$1,100 per day (Negotiable)
Hybrid work arrangement - 2/3 split
Brisbane CBD based office
