The Client: Clicks IT is proud to be working with a large, nationally operating organisation in the safety and aviation sector. They play a vital role in the safety of millions of Australians on a daily basis.
They are looking for a Project Coordinator to provide support to the Program Manager on one of their most critical transformation programs.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing support the activities required to effect successful administration, reporting, governance and team cohesion at the program level.
Providing day to day support and coordination in areas including diary management, deliverable approvals, communications, meetings, forums and workshops.
Coordinate program administration processes including HR, team on-boarding and off-boarding, and associated approvals.
Providing financial coordination on behalf of the program and its projects
Develop, manage and coordinate monthly reporting and governance cycles with the Program Coordinator
Lead and coordinate program and project information management processes and procedures.
Develop and communicate weekly updates for the internal team.
Key Skills and Experience:
Minimum 5 years' experience working in a Program Portfolio or Program Management Office
Previous experience in a Program/Project Coordinator position
Previous experience working within large digital transformation programs is highly regarded.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate with both ICT and business senior executives
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Up to $600 per day
12 month contract - January start
Office based near Brisbane Airport
On site parking available
