With the beginning of a new financial year, they are looking at embarking on a new uplift program and are looking for an Organisational Change Manager to join their team.
This role will be an initial 6-month contract, offering a 2 day WFH/3 day office split.
Develop program and regional strategic change plans.
Facilitate/document impact assessments.
Support and promote change management strategies.
Identify and provide mitigation strategies for the change impacts.
Experience in managing organisational design and structural change projects.
Prosci certification, a member of the Change Management Institute or other change qualifications.
Proven experience in OCM in organisational design and operating model change projects.
Experience leading change that incorporates cultural, organisational structure, policy and process change.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Experience working with all stakeholder levels.
