What will you do
Design and deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and integrate seamlessly with other systems.
Lead the Salesforce roadmap, guiding the organization from its current state to a transformative future state.
Collaborate closely with the Salesforce implementation partner, ensuring the best solution is delivered through effective vendor management and partnership.
Provide hands-on support in requirements gathering, design review, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
Oversee process automation, including Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Flows, Validation Rules, and Approvals.
Offer technical guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with security policies and optimisation of application performance.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business objectives, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
What you have done
A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation.
Deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, including Community Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Home Care, and Nonprofit Cloud.
Strong technical skills in Salesforce-specific functions like Lightning Flows, Process Builder, and Visualforce.
Proven experience in designing robust Salesforce solutions that are scalable and aligned with business needs.
Experience in vendor management and partnership, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
