Our client is currently seeking a Support Engineer/IT Support Analyst who is confident, full of energy, and self-motivated to join the business which prides itself as one of the leaders in their field. They are known for their supportive and energetic culture.
Your responsibilities will include:
Attending phone and email support requests.
Undertake a wide range of I.T. support tasks including hardware and software incident resolution and implementation, network design and management, general technology troubleshooting, application support and other I.T. support services.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical support requests.
Action monitoring system alerts.
Monitor dashboards and assign / escalate jobs as required.
Prioritise jobs and actions in regard to SLAs
Skills and experience:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
Relevant professional qualifications and/or at least 2 years of experience.
Ability to develop collaborative relationships with colleagues and client groups.
Organisational, time management and planning abilities.
Relevant computer skills and knowledge of a range of common office software packages, such as VMware or Office 365).
Experience using a ticketing system such as ConnectWise.
Be a good team member.
Demonstrated industry experience in a similar role.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
