The Role As a Citrix Solution Engineer you will be working on a infrastructure refresh program, and you will work on the architectural design and implementation for the Citrix expansion into the public and private cloud.
Your Responsibilities
Oversight of the Citrix service extension into the public and private cloud platforms
Provide guidance and manage issues to ensure a high quality service to customers within SLA
Provide specialised Citrix technical expertise for Public and Private Cloud services
Work with ICT teams to ensure seamless and non-disruptive extension of Citrix into the public and private cloud platforms
Ensure end to end application delivery with high quality end user experience including Endpoints/Devices, Application interactions and required devices to support applications
Work with the delivery team to implement a highly available, secure, scalable and robust solution
Deliver common access, security, integration and collaboration services
Monitor, track and report on the status of the Citrix expansion to ensure reliability, availability and quality metrics meet requirements
Identify risks and issues and provide technical assurance to facilitate remediation and mitigation strategies
Your Experience
You will be a Senior Citrix Engineer or Citrix Designer
Extensive experience in Citrix within a cloud environment
Experience in architecting integrated solutions for a large and complex service industry organisation in technologies
Experience in ensuring requirements are in line with the enterprise architectural plan.
Experience with public cloud providers AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
Experience in private cloud
Experienced in working with Access, Control and Resource technology layers of Citrix Architecture and another supporting technology (Networking, Load Balancing, Identity)
Demonstrated experience with various Applications Architecture and Desktop Delivery Infrastructure:
Knowledge of DevOps principles
Highly developed interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with arrange of stakeholders
