We are looking for Excellent Scrum Masters to join a Government Agency who prides themselves on their Agile Maturity and Flexibility.
This role will provide Support to various teams within the department internally.
Key responsibilities include: Ensure Scrum is understood and the product/project team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, guidelines and increasing the scrum maturity in teams. Facilitate all scrum events within the team, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. Recommend and implement changes and adaptations during the sprint retrospectives, which improve the efficiency or effectiveness of processes and/or enhance quality of outcomes. Identify and resolve team impediments to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization demonstrating servant leadership. Build and maintain relationships with Scrum teams, Agile Coaches and other internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organisational project or product teams. Collaborate with Product Owners to engage, inform, influence and negotiate with stakeholders about priorities of the team/project using product backlogs as the basis for discussions. Establish collaborative and influential relationships with stakeholders, customers and colleagues, to ensure easy and effective achievement of team / project / business goals. Effectively balance competing demands. Contribute to creating and maintaining a constructive workplace culture.
