The Role As the ITIL Coordinator you will be responsible for conducting the assessment, analysis, documentation and implementation of changes based on requests for change within the BAU environment.
As the ITIL Change Coordinator you will apply the ITIL/ITSM Framework to support change activities ensuring there are minimal disruptions to services and that live service operations are maintained or improved to meet availability and performance.
You will work closely with a variety of different support teams across the business and well as with the Vendor. This role could lead you into a Service Management or Incident Management career

Previous experience as ITIL Coordinator, or Level 1 Desktop support with ITIL knowledge, Incident Management or an ITIL Administrator background
Strong documentation skills
Strong communication and stakeholder experience
Demonstrated experience working with Vendor
Knowledge of ITIL and Service Management
Experience in the successful application of change control procedures
