The Role As the Mobile Applications Test Analyst you will be working on new projects to build new secure mobile capabilities to support users in the field. You will plan and manage mobile application and system manual and automated testing.
Your Responsibilities
Manage mobile application and system manual/automated testing
Application of repeatable and sound testing techniques
Manage risk through Agile releases and product tracking
Develop test plans and manual test scripts based on system requirements
Design and manage automated test script creation, test execution and reporting data
Development of integration test scripts to test the end-to-end business process
Execute SQL queries to test audit logs and error logs within ESB
Execution of test scripts in the Unit, System and Integration test environments
Manage the maintenance of test environments
Liaise with the functional, technical and security staff
Undertake Defect Management
Your Experience
Proven extensive experience as a Mobile Applications Test Analyst
Demonstrated mobile application and device testing experience
Demonstrated experience in complex systems in large organisations
Demonstrated experience in the design of business scenarios, development of manual and automated test scripts and delivery of Business Fit for Purpose and User Acceptance Testing
Demonstrated experience working as part of an Agile team
Demonstrated experience in ESB testing and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Knowledge of basic XML and SQL to run queries and extract information as required
Proven ability to use industry standard software testing tools (eg. Appium, Microsoft Unified Functional Testing, etc)
