Lead Identity Management Engineer

About the Role:

The organisation is on the lookout for a Lead Identity Management Engineer to join the innovative IT team! This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the Okta Identity platform and tackle complex integration challenges.
You'll play a key role in shaping the future of the identity management systems and driving efficiencies across the board.

What You'll Do:

• Take ownership of the Okta Identity Platform and continue to integrate into Okta.
• Lead and mentor junior identity engineers.
• Work closely with both business and technology stakeholders to craft optimal solutions that meet business goals.
• Create detailed technical documentation around Identity Solutions and Architecture to ensure clarity and continuity.

What They are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years in designing, implementing, and managing identity and access management solutions in enterprise settings.
• Proven experience with IAM technologies including Ping, Oracle IAM, Microsoft Entra ID or CyberArk.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Okta Identity Management platform.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as code (IaC) and scripting in Terraform for automation and integration.
