Clicks IT Recruitment is currently working with an organisation in the public service sector that is currently deploying of one of their key projects that is aimed at protecting and supporting the community.
This ICT Trainer role will be a 4-month contract role, with the possibility of extensions.
Conduct detailed Training Needs Analyses to establish learner profiles and the training plan
Conceptualise, design and develop high quality blended learning artefacts
Design high quality learner-centric digital learning experiences and resources
Design activities for virtual instructor-led training.
Key Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated experience delivering training packages in a complex Agile project environment.
Proven ability to identify, plan and develop training deliverables and resources
Proven experience designing virtual instructor-led training (through MS Teams, WebEx, Zoom or Google Meet)
Ability to rapidly learn and understand technical IT solutions and platforms
Previous experience delivering online training is essential
Contract through to August 2021
Up to $91.00 per hour (no admin/payroll fee charged by Clicks IT Recruitment)
Office based in central Brisbane CBD
