An instantly recognisable organisation in the education and training industry is looking for a talented and influential Organisation Change Manager. This organisation has only just started the initiation phases of an enterprise wide transformation program that will continue for the next 2-3 years.
The focus of this role will be to play a key role in leading and managing key business and culture change activities.
Work closely with program, business and technical stakeholders to effectively lead and deliver the change and adoption activity.
Provide input into the direction for change and adoption activities across the program, including the definition of strategies and enabling plans.
Effectively engage with diverse stakeholder groups across all levels of the organisation, leveraging best-practice techniques and methodologies.
Analyse and critically evaluate information from multiple sources to assess and measure business impacts and define responsive change and adoption programs that consider and respond to stakeholder needs.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven successful track-record in affecting organisational change across large-scale organisations.
Proven ability to understand, measure and plan for the impact of transformative change,
Expert experience in developing fit-for-purpose business change and readiness artefacts to appropriately assess, plan for and embed change.
Demonstrated experience supporting the successful delivery of high-impact and high-value initiatives using self-drive to meet demanding and competing deadlines.
Previous experience working within Salesforce implementations will be highly regarded
