They are currently in a strong growth phase and are currently looking for a Level 1-2 Support Analyst.
This role will be prefect for someone who is looking to grow in their career and become a valued member of a vibrant team.
Ensure that all staff receive the highest level of service and are supported in line with the service level obligations.
Provide top tier IT support & customer service in line with set SLA's
Ensure all equipment/infrastructure is available during work hours
Support publicly available systems (webservers, MSSQL Servers and infrastructure servers)
Work with senior team members with configuring, upgrading and supporting on-prem and cloud infrastructure
Develop and further enhance internal documentation and guidelines.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven Level 1-Level 2 desktop support experience
Understanding and exposure to AWS networks
Linux and Windows server and Windows desktop administration experience
Ability to listen effectively,
Diagnose user problems and identify solutions by listening effectively
Proven passion to learn new technologies and become imbedded within the business
$65,000 + super
Ongoing training and development
