Clicks IT Recruitment is proud to be working with a privately owned organisation with a strong 70 year history. They are currently in a strong growth phase and are currently looking for a Level 1-2 Help Desk Officer to act as the first point of contact and provide support to 500 staff.
Ensure that all staff receive the highest level of service and are supported in line with the service level obligations.
Provide top tier IT support & customer service in line with set SLA's
Ensure all equipment/infrastructure is available during work hours
Support publicly available systems (webservers, MSSQL Servers and infrastructure servers)
Work with senior team members with configuring, upgrading and supporting on-prem and cloud infrastructure
Develop and further enhance internal documentation and guidelines.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven Level 1-2 desktop/helpdesk support experience
Experience within a Microsoft environment - AD, O365, MS Exchange
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Diagnose user problems and identify solutions by listening effectively
Proven passion to learn new technologies and become imbedded within the business
Experience in reporting performance against the business SLA
ITIL v3 or v4 - Foundation certified
Microsoft MCSE certified
$65,000 + super
Ongoing training and development
Office based on the south side of Brisbane
