Working closely with the ITS Delivery Lead and the PMO, you will integrate the PMO pipeline and demand requests into a prioritised portfolio road-map.
This role will also participate in scaled agile/lean transformation and is a key contributor to the creation of a high performing culture in which we deliver prioritised and effective high value outcomes.
Realign and simplify ITS planning to improve delivery support strategic outcomes
Integrate key processes and PMO capabilities more effectively
Establish and embed Agile Portfolio Operations and Lean Portfolio Management
Lead demand and resource planning enabling effective portfolio and program execution
Essential Selection Criteria
Certification in Safe Agile - Lean Agile Portfolio Operations and Lean Portfolio Management
Six Sigma, ISO or related process improvement qualifications
Proven experience in IT Portfolio planning and management in a large, complex environments
Development and coaching of Agile and Lean Portfolio Management change
Proven experience in working with SAFe scaled agile frameworks, using Jira and Confluence
Data and evidence driven for priority setting in portfolio and program prioritisation
Portfolio planning across technology program, prioritising business outcomes
A Tertiary qualification in Business, Business Systems or related discipline is desirable
Strong people leadership, planning analytic and problem-solving skills
Able to establish and maintain strong working relationships and stakeholder engagement
Ability to prioritise and focus efforts of a wide range of technical specialists
Inquisitive and driven to provide exceptional experiences for the community
Ability to work across complex, multi-functional environment at a leadership level
