About the Role

Join an exciting journey to implement Salesforce. Our client is looking for a Salesforce Technical Consultant to help lead the way! This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaborating with teams, solving business challenges, and ensuring Salesforce is set up for success from day one.
Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be the go-to person for all things Salesforce, ensuring it aligns with business goals, meets user needs, and drives digital transformation. You will also support the data cleansing and prepare data, ensuring everything aligns with business needs.

What You Will Do

• Support the Salesforce implementation across Field Service, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
• Act as the Salesforce advocate, providing technical guidance and best practices to operational teams.
• Bridge the gap between operational and technology teams.
• Support data cleansing and migration activities prior to implementation.
• Develop and maintain API integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Drive user adoption by developing training sessions and resources.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, automate workflows, and improve business outcomes.
• Be keen to provide Level 2 and Level 4 technical support when required.

What You Should Have Done

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Consultant.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud implementations.
• Experience with MS Dynamics to Salesforce migration projects (highly desirable).
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce solutions, digital transformation projects, and enterprise system rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations.
• A keen eye for detail when it comes to data cleansing and migration.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into everyday language.
• Experience with Office 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and similar tools.
• Passion for change management and guiding teams through transformation.
