Due to business expansion they are now seeking a talented Technical Account Manager to join a dynamic and fun team passionate about all things IT.
Your duties will include:
Building and nurturing strong client relationships with an eye to new sales opportunities.
Providing tailored IT solutions to client needs through professional and friendly service.
Problem solving client issues and providing guidance with all technical issues.
Seeking opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell that will benefit your client.

You will be:
Currently in a similar role with a minimum of 3 years experience in a managed service provider environment.
Is exceptionally customer service focused with excellent communication and presentation skills.
A problem solver with a can do attitude who will go the extra mile for their clients.
A working technical knowledge of AWS, Azure, Office365 and Cloud. A background in IT Support role would be ideal.
An ambitious sales professional looking to build their career with an industry leader.
You will require a car and a driver's license for this role. A petrol card will be provided.
