Project Coordinator 12 months FTC General project coordinator activities across portfolio supporting 3-5 PM's;
Project Coordinator/Project Administrator to join a large program of work supporting 3-5 Project Managers to deliver key system upgrades and implementations.
You will be the go-to resource for all project coordination/administration activities within this high performing team.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Coordinating internal resources, third parties/vendors and other stakeholders to ensure the efficient operation of the project
Supporting the development, formatting, and maintenance of project plans
Management and recording of purchase orders, vendor invoices and external stakeholder time sheets
Proactive management of project risk, issue and dependency registers
Providing project support through the effective administration of systems/tools, such as MS office including MS Project; ensuring project team members have visibility of broader project activity and a clear understanding of who is responsible for the range of project elements
Providing effective support to project team members in their execution of project tasks and deliverables
This role is suitable for an experience project coordinator with a flexible, open minded and adaptable mindset to join the fast paced team.
Experienced Project Coordinator managing bespoke application and integration projects
Coordination and admin support in a complex project team
Experience with task scheduling, resource assignment and project planning
Previous experience working in a project centric environment
Experience with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track projects
Experienced user of MS Office tool-set (Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint) and other workforce collaboration tools such as Jira and Teams
Good understanding of the principles around effective risk, issue and dependency management
Experience working with agile methodologies; Scrum, Kanban, SAFE (desirable)
