Currently they are looking for a Product Designer to fast track their development and work closely with their dynamic development team.
Reporting to the CTO, this role will see you play a vital role in the design and specification of customer focused features and user experiences.
Work with the Product Manager to establish featured requirements and business drivers
Analyse existing systems and applications, including review of application code, to envision how new features integrate into existing platforms
Work with internal stakeholders to design effective customer journeys and intuitive, task focused interfaces and features
Pragmatically balance requirements with commercial realities to plan feature scope
Document functional and technical requirements for product features in user stories
Capture stakeholder feedback with selected clients in relation to feature showcases
Key Skills and Experience Required:
Demonstrated experience working in an Agile product development environment
Experience working with various web development technologies (familiarity with SQL, .NET, C# highly desired)
Ability to translate requirements between business stakeholders and technical staff
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others to produce innovative solutions in a complex environment
Experience translating business needs into system/product requirements with clear and testable user stories and process flows
Experience in developing UI and UX designs with a strong customer focus
Ability to analyse and review technical systems including reviewing code and system components
