Implementation Specialist - D365

Clicks IT Recruitment is proud to partner exclusively with a global architecture and design firm to find a talented CRM Specialist. This role is key to driving stakeholder engagement, ensuring smooth adoption of Dynamics 365, and optimising its functionality to support business growth.

Based in Brisbane and reporting to the Head of Business Development, Bids & Communications, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency through innovative CRM solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Implement best practices to enhance CRM operations and user experience.
• Manage the rollout of Dynamics 365 to new user groups, including training and support.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure system performance through regular maintenance.
• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and interactive training sessions.
• Develop and manage customer segmentation based on behaviours and demographics.
• Generate insights using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI to guide strategic decisions.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Proven experience implementing Dynamics 365 in large companies.
• Strong experience/knowledge of Power BI.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, including technical writing.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to managing multiple projects.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and drive system improvements.
• Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industry is a plus.
