The Product Manager is responsible for the ownership of Mobile applications and integrations and identifying opportunities where the products can enhance business operations to becoming digitalized.
Risk Management - Actively and continually communicate the delivery plan, risks and issues through regular ceremonies.
Collaborate - Manage various stakeholders, taking ownership for allotted solutions, and collaborating with internal technology teams to define milestones and ensure successful delivery.
Competitor Analysis - Gather market data on competitors to identify trends, best practice and competitive position
Partnerships - Analyse potential partner relationships for the product and lead the effort to integrate our applications with other leading industry systems.
Product support in delivering world class support to stakeholders and users of the systems through ensuring they are trained and educated on how to maximize the benefits of the products.
Managing the end to end product development from identifying opportunities for improvement, assigning a road map and seeking relevant approval before managing the development through to completion.
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar product management role.
Demonstrated experience of excellence in customer face to face service delivery.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders.
Solid organization skills with a high attention to detail.
A self started able to work autonomously.
