Our client is a major Australian Banking institution that is looking to bring on board their next Scrum Master to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. You will be working on a Starters Transfers Leavers (STL) project, which will be a transformation project for on-boarding and off-boarding of employees.
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in the planning and delivery of transformation projects in a corporate environment and ability to demonstrate a proven track record of successfully managing large, complex Agile teams.
This is role is based in Martin Place, Sydney and offers a hybrid working environment.
Key Requirements:
5+ years experience in managing technology transformation projects
5+ years experience in an Agile / Scrum environment
Strong technical background and familiarity with IT terminology
Ability to quickly understand the scope of the project and identify key success and risk factors
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
Experience in using JIRA / Confluence / Kanban.
partnering with the Product Manager/Owner, scrum teams - Develop user stories and acceptance criteria definition ; Assist in effort estimation ; Facilitate the definition of the minimal viable product ; Lead continuous refinement and prioritisation of product backlog
