Our client based in the IT sector is a Managed Service Provider that is looking to bring on board an IT Support Technician to their team on a permanent basis. This role will require you travel a couple of days a week to client sites to assist them with IT related issues and support with their existing systems. The role does offer WFH flexibility on days that you are not travelling.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Sydney, St Leonard's.
Key Requirements
Must have a valid Drivers License - (Vehicle and petrol money will be provided)
Experience working on Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange Online and SharePoint
Experience in Windows 10/11 and some MAC OS desktop operating systems
Firewall router, modem installation and configuration
Remote Monitoring and management tools
Knowledge of networking, network traffic flow, firewalls rules and VLANs
