About the job
Clicks' IT professional services division is signatory to a bunch of PSAs, mainly in major Government departments. Some of those roles come via industry partners. We need an experienced recruiter to work the roles that are currently coming through, and increase the overall quality of incoming roles by building relationships with decision makers to ensure we get access to the best opportunities. No cold calling outside of these agreements!
In addition to your benchmarked base salary, you will be paid a monthly bonus against achievement of targets.
Depending on you and your career goals, this role can evolve in a number of ways, which we will talk you through at interview.
About you
We are flexible to either full or part time hours, but think you'll need at least 25 hours a week to manage your workload.
You will ideally be based in either Canberra or Melbourne, as that's where the bulk of the work is. We are also open to hiring someone remotely (Australia) if you're a great fit.
You're an experienced recruiter, ideally in the IT sector. You enjoy building trusted relationships with both your clients and candidates, because you do what you say you're going to do. You pride yourself on creating positive experiences. In a perfect world you will have experience working PSA accounts within Government and have an understanding of Statements of Work, but that's not a deal-breaker. You value working in an open collaborative team environment with no drama.
