Clicks is confident of our ability and capacity to provide an excellent service to the Agency. However, in the event of a complaint concerning the performance of staff, Clicks has a corporate process for dealing with these.
For issues relating to the performance of a Clicks contractor, complaints should be directed to the relevant state-based Account Manager for resolution. The Clicks Account Manager and Agency representative will decide an appropriate forum for providing feedback to the contractor. In the event that an issue does arise, the Clicks Account Manager will respond to issues and complaints within 24 hours and achieve full resolution with the hiring manager within mutually agreed timeframes. The Account Manager will escalate the issue to Clicks’ Relationship Manager if a resolution cannot be found.
Clicks’ extensive Post Placement communication schedule ensures we remain in contact with both the hiring manager and the resource throughout the engagement. We do this to ensure that the hiring manager is satisfied with the progress of the resource. Feedback is provided to both parties as part of our service offering.
For issues relating to the performance of the Clicks Account Manager or Relationship Manager, your point of contact is Tamara Ryf, Regional General Manager.
Clients also have the opportunity to provide feedback when they respond to Clicks’ Customer Service Questionnaire. This information is collated by the Reporting Analyst and presented at our Management Review Meetings for the purposes of continuous improvement.
Clicks’ Value Adds
Clicks Contractor Care Program
Clicks runs a best practice Contractor Care Program (winner: APSCo Best Health & Wellbeing Program; 2 x and current winner, Australian Business Awards (Service Excellence category), REA Best Candidate Care Program) designed to increase retention of contractors, create loyalty and to ensure we are the agency of choice for both our sourced candidates and those who have been sourced directly by our clients and need to be payrolled. We invest heavily in this program which successfully limits and mitigates candidates from being poached by other agencies.
Our goal is to provide a program that supports your retention strategies by adding genuine value, and save Monash University money by maximising contractor engagement and tenure. Our research shows that it costs approximately $5,000 in recruitment costs to evaluate, interview and re-train replacement candidates
The facts speak for themselves:
96% of Clicks contractors who are asked to extend accept
Over 50% of Clicks’ current contractor workforce have completed three or more assignments with us
This year Clicks’ Contractor Care team achieved 100% accuracy while managing extensions for over 430 contractors in the month of June – all of whose contracts were scheduled to end on 29th June, our busiest time of the year
95% of Clicks contractors have a high level of confidence in Clicks, and would recommend us to other IT professionals
Assisting students with employability skills or work placement
Clicks can help Monash students prepare for entering the workforce. Often students are inexperienced in creating resumes and attending interviews, and so may not present themselves in the best possible way to potential employers. Clicks can prepare tailored workshops in which Monash students can receive tips on resume preparation, attending interviews (including personal image and behavioural interview questions).
Market updates to HR/Line managers
Clicks produces a range of well-received market research publications that it will be pleased to share with the team at Monash, including: Clicks IT Recruitment and Retention Report (annual); IT Workforce Insights (annual); Gender Diversity in the Australian IT market (annual); Rate Guides (bi-annual); and the IT Employment Confidence Index (quarterly).
Service for spousal and/or dependent support (e.g. job placement)
Should a spouse or dependant of an international employee of Monash be seeking employment, Clicks will partner with our sister company, HOBAN Recruitment, to provide placement into a wide range of white, blue and grey collar roles.
Advisory services for hiring managers
Clicks can provide consulting services in the recruitment process. These include, but are not limited to, skills gap analysis, assistance in writing position descriptions, assistance in designing sourcing strategies.
Interview workshops for hiring managers
Clicks can run workshops for your hiring managers on a range of subjects: Interview Techniques, Hiring and Recruiting Millennials, Performance Management, Market Overviews and many more. These workshops can be customised for each division. These workshops cost an estimated $4000, however we will provide these free of charge to Monash wherever possible.
Clicks utilises IKM to deliver technical testing and benchmarking services. The web-based testing will help to optimise planning, hiring, training and certifying the workforce. The testing produces an objective profile of skill, knowledge, attitude and aptitude of consultants and employees to help make the right hiring decisions.
