Job Brief

Responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments to identify vulnerabilities in our computer systems and networks
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Design and configure security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption systems
• Monitor network activity to identify potential threats and respond to security incidents in a timely manner
• Conduct forensic analysis of security incidents to determine the cause and extent of the breach
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement security solutions that meet the needs of our organisation

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field
• Proven experience as a Cyber Security Engineer or similar role
• Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and security technologies
• Experience with security assessment tools such as vulnerability scanners and penetration testing tools
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and GDPR
