Clicks has aligned with Foodbank, an incredible organisation committed to tackling food insecurity and ensuring meals reach those who need them the most. In 2023, we took a significant step forward by deciding to donate $20 for every new contractor placed into a role, resulting in a contribution of 3,640 meals in the first quarter alone!

Foodbank stands as Australia’s largest food relief organisation, working to alleviate hunger and ensure food security for vulnerable individuals and families. Foodbank achieves this by sourcing surplus food from donors and distributing it through a vast network of charitable organisations across the country. Their dedication has made a difference in the lives of countless Aussies.

Under these values, in particular the guiding principle of Care (“We care about the wellbeing of Clicks, ourselves, and our community”), we strive to use our resources to support our community whenever possible. By supporting Foodbank, our team knows that we are living up to our values every day and creating a meaningful impact.
Again in 2023, we wanted to spread some extra cheer at Christmas time. We donated an additional $5,000, a total of 10,000 meals, to Foodbank during the holiday season on behalf of our Clients and Contractors. This resulted in an overwhelmingly positive wave of support and celebration! This amounted to a grand total of 23,320 meals donated for the year!

We knew that the issue that Foodbank was tackling was important to those that we work with, and it was time to commit to a more long-term support solution.
Continued Impact
We are committed to continuing our support for Foodbank and their mission. As we welcome new contractors to our Clicks family, our impact will only grow stronger.

One impactful way is to consider making a financial donation directly to Foodbank. Your contribution will help them distribute more meals to those in need.
Additionally, you can organise a food drive in your community or workplace, encouraging others to donate non-perishable food items that Foodbank can share.
Volunteering your time at a local Foodbank warehouse or participating in their fundraising events are other meaningful ways to get involved.
