Clicks’ Award Winning Candidate Care Program
It’s our business to add value to yours
That’s why we go the extra mile when it comes to Candidate Care
Our program is designed to increase retention of contractors, create loyalty and ensure we are the first choice for both our sourced contractors and those introduced to us by our clients.
Nurturing good contractors allows Clicks to build strong relationships with the best IT talent and pass the benefits on to you.
Investing in our contractors is something we take very seriously. We have two aims: make every contractor feel part of the Clicks team, and give them the support that allows them to deliver their best.
We provide a dedicated Contractor Care Manager to each contractor. Clicks’ Contractor Care team also offer personalised services with a range of benefits, and the results speak for themselves.
As soon as we have confirmation that a contract is coming to a close, we conduct a thorough exit interview to maximise knowledge transfer and gather valuable feedback. The exit interview allows us to ensure an optimum fit for our contractor’s future roles, and refine the success profile for future placements with your organisation.
