Job Brief

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Ensure the team applies Scrum principles and practices to achieve target outcomes.
• Act as a coach, mentor, and servant leader for the team.
• Remove impediments to progress and help the team focus on delivering value.
• Promote continuous improvement and foster a positive team culture.
• Manage each project's scope and timeline and work with relevant stakeholders to manage backlogs and new requests.

Requirements and Skills

• Strong understanding of Agile methodology, particularly Scrum techniques and artifacts.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, delivering high-quality software products.
• Well developed problem solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove obstacles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to act as a coach and mentor.
• Familiarity with software development.
