This role encompasses every facet of the customer journey, from developing design blueprints and wireframes to analysing conversion rates and customer engagement metrics. By focusing on user-centric design, the CX Designer plays a crucial role in enhancing overall customer satisfaction and driving business success.
Responsibilities
- Create and refine design blueprints and wireframes for applications
- Measure and analyse conversion rates and customer engagement to identify improvement areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience throughout the customer journey
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform design decisions
- Implement design best practices and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Continuously optimise applications based on user feedback and performance metrics
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Proven experience in user experience (UX) or customer experience design
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure user engagement and performance
- Relevant certifications in UX design or customer experience would be an advantage
