- Provide training and support to prepare teams for new processes and systems
- Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of changes to assess effectiveness
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives to minimise disruption
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in change management or project coordination
- Strong analytical skills to assess the impact of changes on the organisation
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools
- Relevant certifications in change management or project management would be an advantage
