Job Brief

Responsibilities

• Elicit user, business and system requirements using various techniques such as requirements workshops, interviews, surveys, process descriptions, system documentation, use cases, business analysis, document analysis, task and workflow analysis.
• Develop and maintain relationships with project team members, internal and external stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with project team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ensure specifications are clear, robust and support business, data and integration needs.
• Support quality assurance and change management activities.
• Actively participate in the preferred project methodology and work collaboratively with technical teams.

Requirements and Skills

• Experience in business/systems analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems based on analysis and investigation.
• Proven experience in eliciting and documenting requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of SQL databases, Software Development Life Cycle, Project Methodologies, User Acceptance Testing and/or Change Management practices.
• Qualifications in Business Information Systems or similar and/or Business Analysis certification such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)/Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
