What is a Business Intelligence Analyst?
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex data to provide valuable insights and support strategic decision-making within the organisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key business trends, develop performance metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth and optimise operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Collect and analyse large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations to effectively communicate insights to key stakeholders
- Conduct thorough data exploration and statistical analysis to uncover key business insights and opportunities
- Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop benchmarks for measuring business performance
- Monitor and evaluate data quality and integrity, ensuring accurate and reliable reporting
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and data mining methodologies
- Solid understanding of business processes, performance metrics, and key drivers
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
