Job Brief

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap, including articulating what success for the product looks like.
• Gather customer insights, user needs and stakeholder holder requirements to define and deliver products.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical specialists to develop and prioritise product offerings and features.
• Lead concept development, prototype build, testing, launch, evaluations and analytics, and interation.
• Articulate product vision to stakeholders including senior leaders.
• Align product strategy with organisational goals.

Requirements and Skills

• Experience in leading the creation and delivery of high impact products.
• Proven experience to lead, facilitate, motivate and drive team members to deliver and achieve common goals.
• Demonstrated ability to understand business strategy and technical concepts and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Capacity to analyse complex information and problem solve to develop valued products.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of systems, software, and technologies.
• Qualifications in in Information Communication and Technology or Business.
