Job Brief
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to monitor, track and report on the status of project deliverables to ensure time, cost and quality metrics are in line with approved project plans for assigned projects. The incumbent will also maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete.
Responsibilities
- Provide day to day support and coordination to help achieve project delivery.
- Manage administrative tasks and accurate reporting related to project status, costs, resources, scheduling, and forecasting as required.
- Proactively communicate project risks, issues and dependencies in an effective and collaborative manner.
- Update project plans and project documents to ensure tracking, status and versions, or as directed.
- Maintain project risks and issues register.
- Project & Program steering group secretariat and produce meeting minutes.
Requirements and Skills
- Experience in complex coordination, planning and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to work with project controls including budgets, forecasts, risks, and issues.
- Proven experience to work with tight deadlines and effectively prioritise.
- Capability to use project tracking tools (such as Microsoft Project) and generate governance reporting.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office suite.
- Qualifications in Business or IT, with an understanding, experience and/or qualifications in Project Management.
