What You'll Do:

• Take ownership of the architecture, design, and development of innovative mobile and web applications using Flutter. You'll ensure that all apps are built to scale and exceed performance, security, and quality expectations.
• Influence technical strategy, drive best practices, and contribute to the long-term vision of our platforms, ensuring they're robust, scalable, and primed for future growth.
• Work closely with stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical solutions. You'll also manage the end-to-end release process for iOS, Android, and Flutter Web apps.
• Lead by example in code reviews, foster best practices, and enforce technical standards across the team to maintain high quality and consistency.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest advancements in Flutter, Dart, and other emerging technologies. Introduce new tools and techniques that push the boundaries of what's possible.

What I'm Looking For:

• 8+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 5+ years of hands-on expertise in Flutter for both mobile and web platforms.
• Proven track record in delivering high-performance cross-platform apps for iOS and Android using Flutter.
• Deep understanding of Flutter Web development, performance optimisation, and browser compatibility challenges.
• Expertise in Dart, RESTful APIs, backend integrations, and version control systems (Git).
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for seamless app deployment across multiple platforms.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation skills, with the ability to resolve issues across multiple devices and browsers.
• Familiarity with best practices in mobile and web design, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
