About the Role

As the Software Delivery Manager, you will:

• Manage an Agile team that delivers critical business applications and align projects with the organisation's technology strategy.
• Build strong relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of IT solutions.
• Partner with the Service Manager to ensure bandwidth for production application maintenance and issue triage support for the Service Desk team.
• Provide thought leadership to drive innovation and contribute to the agency's long-term technology vision.
• Navigate intricate technology environments, ensuring seamless information to keep projects on track.

What I'm Looking For

• 4 or more years in software delivery management or IT services, with experience delivering medium-to-large strategic digital solutions.
• Deep understanding of technology platforms, applications, and software product development.
• Proven ability to manage matrix teams, mentor staff, and foster collaboration to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Exceptional ability to engage with stakeholders, resolve issues, and align priorities effectively.
