Are you a seasoned developer with a passion for secure identity platforms and modern development practices? We're partnering with a leading banking client to deliver a critical implementation of DAON's TrustX and IdentityX platform-and we're looking for a Senior Software Developer to join the team on a 12-month fully remote contract.

About the Role

As a Senior Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supporting identity verification and security solutions using DAON's technologies. You'll work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with existing systems, drive automation, and build secure, scalable applications.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• DAON Platform Integration: Lead the implementation of DAON TrustX & IdentityX, working directly with technical and business stakeholders.
• Backend Development: Build and maintain robust Python-based services for secure workflows and business logic.
• Front-End Development: Develop clean, responsive UIs using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue preferred).
• API Integration: Create and manage secure, scalable APIs for interfacing with external systems and services.
• DevOps Collaboration: Support deployment pipelines, CI/CD processes, and environment automation alongside DevOps teams.

About You

You're a hands-on problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, particularly with security-focused applications. You understand how to balance strong technical delivery with sound architecture and user-centric design.

You bring:

• Proficiency in Python and Java for backend development
• Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Solid experience building and integrating RESTful APIs
• Exposure to DevOps practices, including CI/CD tools and processes
• Experience with DAON TrustX or IdentityX (or similar identity/authentication platforms)
• A track record in business process design and automation
