Change Analyst

Clicks IT is proud to be working with a Queensland Government Department based in the heart of the Brisbane CBD.

Currently they are looking for an Organisational Change Analyst play a pivotal role in driving change initiatives in relation to a S/4HANA Cloud migration.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify change and communication impacts from solution impacts.
• Develop and manage Business Change Impact Assessments (BCIA) and ensure all change actions are captured.
• Liaise with relevant parties to coordinate BCIA responses and meet governance requirements.
• Oversee communication impacts, including software change notifications and defect-related updates.
• Address communication impacts arising from risks and issues.
• Manage communications artefacts required for release governance gates.
• Review and enhance change and communication processes with streamlined tools and workflows.

Key Experience:

• Proven experience in a similar Senior Change Analyst role,
• Experience creating change and communication materials, including presentations and knowledge content.
• Proven success in implementing change management activities, driving efficiency and lasting improvements.
• Exceptional communication and consultation skills, building strong relationships with senior management and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines and priorities.

The Offer:

• 11 month contract
• $883 per day inclusive of super OR + GST
• Office based in Brisbane
