One of our government clients is looking for someone with a strong background in Agile delivery to work and support a number of workstreams.
In this role, you as a Team Outcome Lead/Scrum Master, you will facilitate processes, team events and support the workstreams to deliver value.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Workstream Delivery Planning activities.
- Aid delivery execution by tracking progress, refining the feature backlog, identifying collaborative goals, encouraging DevOps practices, and assisting Business Owners with decision-making, feature definition, and prioritisation.
- Enhance value delivery by fostering continuous improvement.
- Advocate and reinforce new ways of working within the Department, ensuring value and visibility of successful initiatives.
Ket Skills:
- Proven experience in an Scrum Master role
- Strong experience guiding agile deliver teams
- Experience working across the private/commercial and/or government sector
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence and guide stakeholders at all levels
On offer is a contract role initially ending end of June 2025, based in Carseldine.
