One of our government clients is looking for someone with a strong background in Agile delivery to work and support a number of workstreams.

In this role, you as a Team Outcome Lead/Scrum Master, you will facilitate processes, team events and support the workstreams to deliver value.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Workstream Delivery Planning activities.
• Aid delivery execution by tracking progress, refining the feature backlog, identifying collaborative goals, encouraging DevOps practices, and assisting Business Owners with decision-making, feature definition, and prioritisation.
• Enhance value delivery by fostering continuous improvement.
• Advocate and reinforce new ways of working within the Department, ensuring value and visibility of successful initiatives.

Ket Skills:

• Proven experience in an Scrum Master role
• Strong experience guiding agile deliver teams
• Experience working across the private/commercial and/or government sector
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence and guide stakeholders at all levels

On offer is a contract role initially ending end of June 2025, based in Carseldine.
