Clicks IT Recruitment is currently working with a Queensland government department that is in the process of upgrading several of their core systems.
The focus of this program is to transition to a modern eco-system of business systems that are more efficient and simplified.
Currently they are looking for a Power Apps Developer with expertise within the Power Platform.
This role will work closely with the Solution Architect on a contract ending June 2025; based in the Brisbane CBD.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop Apps: Create, deploy, and document high-performing, user-friendly Canvas Apps tailored to business needs.
- System Integration: Connect Canvas Apps with Microsoft Power Platform and third-party systems for seamless functionality.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather and analyse requirements to design effective technical solutions.
- Custom Logic & Automation: Utilise Power FX and Power Automate to enhance app functionality with advanced automation.
- Optimise User Experience: Build complex formulas and dynamic controls to improve app usability and performance.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in developing Complex Canvas Apps within the Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong expertise in Power FX, formulas, and custom scripting
- Experience integrating Canvas Apps with Power Automate, Dataverse, and third-party APIs
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
- Familiarity with relational databases, particularly Microsoft Dataverse and SQL Server
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
