We're seeking a Test Lead to support a major program of work involving new implementations across HCM/HR/Payroll, Asset & Works Management and Safety systems. You will work across three core projects and be instrumental in delivering the test strategy, execution, and quality assurance for the program.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement tailored test strategies across multiple projects
Create and manage test plans, including objectives, scheduling, and resource allocation
Oversee UAT, configuration testing and Parallel Pay testing
Provide leadership and mentoring to internal test resources and SMEs
Design test scenarios, cases, and scripts ensuring full coverage of system requirements
Manage execution, defect tracking, and resolution with vendors and internal teams
Ensure all testing aligns with project goals, audit standards, and best practice
Produce high-quality reporting and documentation on test progress and results
Continuously improve testing processes and tools
Skills & Experience
Strong experience in leading end-to-end testing in large-scale IT projects
Deep understanding of SDLC and various testing methodologies (functional, UAT, regression, etc.)
High proficiency with test management tools and defect tracking systems
Excellent documentation and technical writing skills
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and deliver in fast-paced environments
