We're seeking a hands-on Application Support Specialist with deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Office 365 solutions to support the digital transformation initiatives for a leading client in the education sector. This is a hybrid role based in Macquarie Park, offering a contract through December 19, with strong potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for applications developed using Power Platform - including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Office 365 solutions integrated with SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, and Azure services.
• Build custom components such as web parts, page layouts, and workflows using Office 365 APIs, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable applications within a matrixed enterprise environment.
• Support version control and CI/CD pipelines using Visual Studio, TFS, or other source control systems.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve solutions built on Azure SQL, CDS, and other Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Liaise with stakeholders across business and IT to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure the successful delivery of business-critical tools.

Skills & Experience Required

• 4+ years' hands-on experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 development, including SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, and custom app development.
• Experience working with Office 365 APIs, JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services, HTML5, CSS3.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, especially working with Azure SQL or Common Data Service (CDS).
• Practical experience using Visual Studio and TFS or similar source control tools.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and work effectively in a complex, multi-disciplinary team.
