Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Level 2 Network Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on business-as-usual (BAU) operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in networking technologies, troubleshooting skills, and experience working in complex environments.
Technical Skills & Expertise:
Strong Networking Technology Experience:
Cisco Nexus Switches: Hands-on experience in configuration and troubleshooting of Nexus series.
Cisco Catalyst Switches: Proficient in managing, configuring, and troubleshooting Catalyst switches.
Fortinet Next-Gen Firewalls: Deep understanding of Fortinet NGFW, with working experience on FortiManager & FortiAnalyzer.
Network Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues effectively.
Advanced knowledge of Layer 2 networking protocols.
Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written.
Quick learner, adaptable to evolving technologies and environments.
Familiarity with NBN technologies is highly desirable.
